As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew provides the leadership and vision necessary to ensure the functionality of operations, procedures and people to drive the growth and financial strength of Bouma. Some of Andrew’s most significant projects include WJR Wintergarden at the Renaissance Center (Detroit, MI), University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business (Ann Arbor, MI), the DOE-Argonne National Laboratory, Material Engineering Research Facility (Argonne, IL), the DOE-Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory — New Muon Expansion & Cyromodule Test Facility (Batavia, IL), General Dynamics Land Systems (MC2 in Sterling Heights, MI), and the Jackson Hole Classical Academy (Jackson, WY).

Andrew is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Michigan and has been a faculty member of Lawrence Technological University (LTU) since 2001. He received his Masters and Bachelors of Civil Engineering degrees from LTU. Andrew’s professional affiliations include American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the Design Build Institute of America and the United States Order of the Engineer, The Construction Institute.
