Safety Coordinator

Tyler Jones brings a service-first mindset to Bouma’s safety team. With a background in both emergency response and construction safety, he approaches every jobsite with the same goal: support the people doing the work and help create an environment where they can succeed safely.

In his role, Tyler works closely with field crews and leadership to identify risks, solve problems, and provide practical support across jobsites. He believes effective safety leadership comes from being present, building trust, and working alongside the team rather than simply enforcing rules from a distance.

What Tyler enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to help others. Whether it’s guiding crews through a challenge, finding solutions in the field, or simply being available when someone needs support, he takes pride in being a dependable resource for the people around him.
