As Branch Manager of our Traverse City operations, Scott Wisner leads Bouma’s work across Northern Michigan—keeping field operations aligned, crews supported, and jobs moving.

Scott joined Bouma in 2004 and built his experience in the field. He’s focused on the things that matter most on a jobsite—safety, coordination, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. He works closely with project teams and partners to keep work on track and delivered to a high standard.

Scott plays a key role in building Bouma’s presence in Northern Michigan—supporting our teams and strengthening the relationships that drive long-term work in the region.

Scott began his construction career in residential interior finishing before launching into the commercial interior finishing trade in 2003. He has completed coursework in both Construction Business Management and Architectural Design. He holds the following certifications: OSHA 10, scaffold, crane, rigging, signaling, lifts, and Basic Life Support (BLS). He is licensed by the State of Michigan as a medical first responder. In his spare time, he serves with the Courtland Fire Department as an on-call volunteer firefighter, is an avid woodworker, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
