Ed is a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership team, and Bouma’s Management team. Serving as a mentor and resource to the estimating and operations departments, Ed provides leadership to ensure alignment with budget, quality and schedule requirements established by owners.
Ed joined Bouma in 1970 as a member of the warehouse team after serving in the US Army. Ed’s 46 years with Bouma have included positions in the warehouse, estimating department, project management, field superintendent, Vice President, and eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Operations. He became a significant member of the ownership group in 2012.
