IT Administrator

With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, James Stiling brings a strong focus on customer service and a passion for problem-solving to his role as IT Administrator at Bouma. Since joining the company in 2012 as an IT Technician, James has grown into a leadership role where he oversees future technology planning, user support, budgeting, software management, and both workstation and server infrastructure. He also serves as the primary point of contact for Bouma’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.

James thrives on working with new and emerging technologies and is dedicated to creating efficient, user-friendly IT environments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and their two dogs. He’s an avid bowler who competes in leagues and tournaments, a fan of video games, and always has a home project in the works.
