Joe has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive knowledge in daily construction operations and provides leadership and critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills needed to direct and monitor efficient project workflow and internal relationships. He employs his skills in enhancing the development and preconstruction phase to ensure projects meet their objectives. Joe has a reputation of being forward-looking in seeking cost savings measures and business process reengineering. He is passionate about his objectives, especially team nurturing and communication.
Joe holds a Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. He has completed several management programs including ISEC and Flynn University and is AWI certified. He values his time with his family when not working.
