Kaitlyn supports the planning, execution, analysis, and close out of multiple construction projects in a close alliance with the project manager and onsite field team. She has knowledge in daily operations and is responsible for assembling the submittal package, status tracking, billing assessments, forecasting, job cost trends, manpower plan, change management, issuing subcontracts, material tracking, and exit plans. She creates and cultivates relationships and an efficient workflow with her positive demeanor and adaptability.
Kaitlyn stays current with the industry through partaking in events with the National Association of Women in Construction and the Inforum AEC group. She enjoys her time away from work with her loving family.
