Leo Battle became part of The Bouma Corporation Grand Rapids team in 1985. He has over 30 years of experience in flooring installation from ceramic tile, sheet vinyl and pattern carpet. He advanced to flooring leader and then to Project Manager of Flooring for the Traverse City team in 2024. Leo utilizes his vast knowledge and experience to oversee the scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and manpower of flooring projects while cultivating the Bouma quality throughout his projects’ duration. Leo represents and enhances communication for Bouma through his interactions with general contractors, industry associates, and other members of the Bouma Team.
Leo has obtained several certifications throughout the years including from Armstrong, Durkan carpet, Forbo, Nora Rubber and Tile Council North America.
