Mike Trippe

It is very rewarding to be part of the team that solves those day-to-day issues and in the end leaves behind a building that serves the customers’ needs.”
Mike began his career with Bouma in 1983, originally working as a truck driver. He has held various positions in the company including carpenter and field superintendent. He brings this work experience and knowledge into his daily operations as one of the project managers for our Northern Michigan Traverse City branch. He ensures all jobs are completed on schedule, on budget, and with outstanding performance.
Mike obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Western Michigan University and is a Governance Committee Member at the Traverse City Builders Exchange. He and his wife, Mary Kay, have three children. Mike coaches youth sports and enjoys spending time outdoors.
