Since 1979, Rory has worked within the construction/installation fields and gained monumental experience throughout his ventures. Rory started at Bouma Corporation in 2000, and he now serves as a Project Manager overseeing multiple projects. He provides the leadership required to execute the projects and is also the face of Bouma to all stakeholders and participants. As Project Manager, his unique responsibilities include overseeing job setup, cost estimates/forecasting, material acquisition, submittals, schedule, quality, safety, and project closeout. Rory is committed to ensuring goals are set for each of these areas and the project execution plan is achieved.

Rory controls projects with support from the Team Assistant, Job Leader, Estimator, and Accounting Department. It is his obligation to keep the team focused and working productively. As a team, they have completed over 300 projects from coast to coast and average $5 million in interior finishing per year.

Rory completed a course at the Project Management Institute to eventually earn certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also a qualifying individual within the California State License Board, and is a C-54 Tile and Mosaics Contractor as well as a C-15 Flooring and Floorcovering Contractor. Rory is also a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
